Large and small mansengs combine their flavors in aging on lees and in barrels. This dry pacherenc emerges draped in a straw yellow color with golden highlights. After stirring, sweet buttery and milky notes mingle with the wood, then come the fruits and a floral side. This complex expression is found in a palate well balanced between acidity and a slight sweetness. A harmonious whole.
