𝗟𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝗲𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲́𝗰𝗶𝗲 𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗲́𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗶 𝗱𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗼 𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗾𝘂'𝗶𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲́ 𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝘂𝗿.

It is an interesting but fragile, sensitive grape variety.

Négrette is very good when it is barely worked, supple, when you stay on the fruit, either with a simple vinification, rather than in more extracted versions which do not suit it.

Let's not forget that she is also very comfortable in the Vendée Fiefs.

In Fronton, despite the greasy, clayey, boulbène soils, it does brilliantly, even if it does not enjoy the saltiness of a limestone soil or the minerality of a schist soil. Finally, associated with Syrah in a dominant ratio: 60% - 40% or 70% - 30%, it produces fairly clean wines.
